Description

A Dark Cezve Made to Be Seen

This hammered copper cezve has an oxidized black finish, a brass-toned neck and a long dark handle. It comes in 290, 400 and 600ml, in the traditional flared shape used to make Turkish coffee on the stove.

It is made to be used every morning and left out on a shelf in between.

Flared Body, Wide Rim

The rounded, flared body narrows toward the neck, the classic cezve form that gathers foam as the coffee heats. A wide pouring rim lets the stream leave cleanly, and the long dark handle keeps your hand back from the heat.

The hammered surface and dark oxidized finish give each pot a textured, handmade look, and the brass-toned neck adds a warm line of contrast.

Heat, Foam, Pour

As the water warms, the grounds turn dark, glossy, and slow. Foam gathers fine, creamy, and pale at the neck, and the first pour comes out smooth, aromatic, and steady.
