I’ve been using these beans for my daily espresso, and the results are consistently satisfying. The shot comes out smooth, topped with a lovely golden crema, while the lingering caramel sweetness adds a great finishing touch. I just wish the 1 lb bag were a bit more budget-friendly, especially since this has become one of my regular coffees.
Eleven months in. Holds up in ways nothing else on the shelf does. Every bag lands at peak freshness. My old-school stovetop percolator has never made better coffee.
I really love and enjoys this blend in the morning.
